Pizza with basil, peaches, and caramelized onions
The trick here, in addition to using very good ingredients, is in the onions. Slice them but leave in disks, and in a fry pan, boil in about half a cup of leftover red wine. The red onions will turn a beautiful purple color; the peaches pick up a light purple as well when you cook the pizza.
