The salsa is from the Chez Panisse Menu Cookbook: simply fresh tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, salt, and a little lemon. Such a recipe is typical of Chez Panisse: the ingredients make the dish. The risotto is left over from the previous night, the fish grilled, and the zucchini sautéed with herbs, olive oil, and salt.
