8 October 2008: fried rice and cucumber salad




I'm much better at European-inspired food than East-Asian-. The fried rice is with mushrooms, egg, green beans, and sweet red peppers. Cook each ingredient separately, roasting the peppers, and then combine everything in the wok. The salad includes thin-sliced cucumbers and green onions, and has a soy-and-sesame dressing.
