6 October 2008: ravioli
This is our favorite ravioli to make. The pasta is our standard pasta dough: flour, salt, olive oil, eggs, and a little water. The filling includes butternut squash, roasted and mashed, hazelnuts, finely chopped, and Parmesan cheese, finely grated. My boyfriend is better than I am at forming the raviolis. The recipe is from my old local paper.
